What Can You Learn From Success?

Do you take the time to celebrate the accomplishments of your team and learn from success, or do you find they get lost in the frustrations of the present moment and the work they haven’t done yet?

I see this all too often in my team development work.

Team members give a nod to their successes before quickly rushing into what’s not going well and what needs to change.

I suggest two things: take time to celebrate but also, really spend time with your team thinking about what you learned from your success.

So many times we are told that are mistakes have much to teach us. But we can learn from our success, too.
