Do You Dissect Success?

Is it important to dissect your success?

Do you ever stop to celebrate your wins or are you one of those people who move on to the next thing immediately?

I believe that taking the time to dissect your success is extremely valuable.

Ask yourself what helped those successes? What behaviors did you change that led to the success? Maybe it’s how you interacted with your team, or maybe it’s how you structured projects differently.

It’s important to acknowledge what you did to shift from your normal way of being or doing that made you more productive or achieve success.
