Do You Share Your Insights With Others?

Do you share your insights with other team members or peers?

If you have ever thought, “I bet this is so crazy; I can’t believe this happens to anyone else,” then it’s time to share these thoughts with your peers because it’s likely others are feeling the same.

When you discuss these insights with your peers, either in the same company or, if your company is small, with others who have similar roles in other companies in the same industry, this is when you get to learn about the challenges that everyone is dealing with, what are the trends, what’s not working.

By reaching out to two or three of your peers on a regular basis, not only do you learn from others, but you become a valuable resource for them as well. It’s a win-win.
