How Can You Show Appreciation For Your Team?

There’s nothing like that feeling of arriving home and having someone greet you enthusiastically at the door. If you have a dog or have a toddler, you probably know what I mean. I have a dog to wag his tail excitedly when I get home; my once toddlers turned teenagers no longer get excited by my arrival anymore.

My question is how do we provide that sense of caring for those in our workplace? How can a leader show their appreciation for their team?
