Get Specific About Gratitude

Jo Ilfeld | Executive Leadership Coach | Getting Specific About Gratitude

The holidays are a good time to express gratitude but, to be honest, so is January and February, or any time of the year.

What are you doing to acknowledge the accomplishments of the people who work for you?

Try to get as specific as you can as it adds a new level of recognition and meaning when you do. Did you know what Indra Nooyi, the former CEO of Pepsico did for her employees? If not, watch the video👀⬇️

And don’t forget you! While many people are internally motivated and don’t need recognition from others, it is always worth taking a moment to appreciate how you’ve grown and how you’ve changed and what you’ve done.

Showing gratitude to yourself and your team really does make a difference.
