“When I embarked on coaching with Jo, I had just started a new role that was more challenging to navigate than I expected. It challenged a lot of my weak spots. I felt lost and I like I couldn’t provide good direction for the team. In working with Jo, I gained a significant increase in confidence in areas that were previously uncomfortable for me. I was better able to create an evolving strategy for a business, create and sustain executive relationships, and create new ways to do business together in a meaningful way—including having contentious discussions. That confidence led to me feeling a lot more comfortable leading my team. I also enjoyed working with Jo.
