Bonnie Wentworth has a proven track record of catalyzing strategic change and producing results for executive leaders and their teams and companies. Built on a foundation of managing people, strategy, processes, and services, Bonnie coaches emerging through C-level leaders from early-stage to Fortune 100 across diverse industries.
Experience
Bonnie is an ICF Certified Master Coach with over 5000 hours of individual executive coaching experience. She is a Founding Fellow for Harvard Medical School’s Institute of Coaching. Bonnie has taught hundreds of graduate students and executives as adjunct instructor and leadership coach at Stanford University where she has worked in teaching, facilitation, and coaching roles since 2004.
Prior to launching her coaching career 15 years ago, Bonnie held director, regional manager, and division manager roles in Europe and the Middle East for international non-profits.
She brings inquiry, rigor, and discipline to bear in her client relationships. She has served as Board Chair at Playworks, a nationwide nonprofit, and as an Advisory Board member for the Women’s Cancer Resource Center.
