Adriana is a leadership and transformational specialist who has spent over 20 years coaching leaders and designing solutions that connect critical strategy and execution with personal growth. She advocates “whole self” learning: find what you love at work and at home to turn your work-life into your life’s work.
Adriana is most inspired when she is coaching leaders and their teams to tap into the essence of their organization — directly linking the power of personal transformation with the client’s strategy and execution. In addition to executive coaching, Adriana designs strategy execution and leadership development programs that build awareness of each person’s unique contribution to the collective.

Adriana has consulted globally in the fields of technology, healthcare, agriculture, education, and professional services.
Adriana has held executive leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield in strategy and execution, transformational change management, long-range planning, and project portfolio management. As the only female executive within her division, she developed a deep commitment to work within systems to create breakthrough opportunities.
A number of Adriana’s engagements have focused on the intersection of human capacity and social innovation in corporations, non-profit organizations, and industry associations. For example, she facilitated the design and implementation of a new, affordable healthcare ecosystem in the Middle East that has provided over 300,000 people in remote areas access to life-saving health services.
She serves as transformation faculty for Mobius Executive Leadership and as an executive advisor for Concitor.
