MAY 2026 EXECUTIVE FORUM:

Keeping Your Team on Track as Summer Schedules Shift:
How leaders are keeping focus, priorities, and follow-through intact as availability changes

Thursday 5/28/2026
9-10am PT/12 pm-1 pm ET
via Zoom Video Conference

WHY THIS TOPIC:

As we head into summer, even strong teams can start to lose focus as schedules shift and availability becomes less predictable.

This isn’t a session about pushing harder or adding more oversight. It’s a candid discussion about what actually helps teams stay aligned, maintain clarity, and follow through when work rhythms change.

In this Executive Forum, we’ll explore where things tend to slip, how leaders are maintaining focus and clear priorities across uneven schedules, and what helps keep work moving without constant follow-up or over-management.

This is a space to think out loud with peers about how you want work to feel on your team—and what it takes to sustain that as availability fluctuates. As always, the conversation will be candid, confidential, and grounded in real leadership experience.

This is not a webinar or training. It’s a facilitated conversation with other senior leaders who are navigating real pressure — competing priorities, shifting schedules, and the challenge of keeping teams aligned and moving forward.

Also, there’s no recording. The value comes from candid conversation, shared experiences, and learning from peers in similar seats.

 WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
